Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
UK delivery via 1st or 2nd class.
International shipping prices vary by territory.
All orders are processed within 2-3 working business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Due to COVID-19, some carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Shipping delays should be expected due to cancelled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or phone.

The Small Print
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Any returned items must be in its original condition, only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange.
